Action Required
Before May 1, 2025: Update contact information for Colorado Medicaid Provider Services Call Center as new phone number will be provided. By April 16, 2025: Stop using Secure Correspondence in Provider Web Portal as it will be discontinued. For home health agencies providing pediatric therapy services: Begin submitting prior authorization requests for PT, OT, and ST/SLP services through ColoradoPAR program during soft launch period. Update provider license information in Provider Web Portal by April 30, 2025 to avoid claim denials.
