Prime Therapeutics is launching a new Oncology Regimen-Based Request (RBR) feature on December 1, 2025 for Medical Mutual members, allowing providers to submit one prior authorization request covering all medications in an oncology treatment plan instead of multiple individual drug submissions. Action Required
By November 13, 2025: Oncology billing staff should register for one of the training webinars (November 20th at 12 p.m. EST or November 24th at 9 a.m. EST) using the provided registration links. Before December 1, 2025: Update workflow to use the new Regimen-Based Request feature on GatewayPA.com for Medical Mutual oncology patients, which will streamline prior authorization by allowing submission of one request for entire treatment regimens instead of individual drug requests.
