Summary
Medical Mutual is transitioning to website-only delivery for provider newsletters and bulletins effective June 30, 2025. Providers must opt-out in writing by April 25, 2025 if they want to continue receiving communications by mail, otherwise they'll be responsible for checking the provider website for updates.
Action Required
By April 25, 2025: Practice administrator must decide whether to opt-out of electronic communications. If opting out, send written notice to NetworkDevelopment@MedMutual.com or mail to Medical Mutual Provider Network Management, 100 American Road, Cleveland, OH 44144. If not opting out, register for email notifications on the Medical Mutual provider website News & Information page and establish workflow to regularly check website for policy updates. Failure to opt-out means practice is responsible for monitoring website for important billing and policy changes.
