Missouri HealthNet Division has established a formal escalation process for providers who have unresolved issues with Managed Care health plans. Providers can now submit MC Request for Information forms to MHD.MCCommunications@dss.mo.gov for assistance, with guaranteed response times of 72 hours for urgent member service issues and 10 business days for standard inquiries.
