Summary
MO HealthNet has updated their provider directory system, separating Fee-For-Service and Managed Care provider searches into different tabs. The previous single search option is no longer available, and providers must use the new MO HealthNet Provider Search system.
Action Required
Immediately: Update bookmarks and internal documentation to use the new MO HealthNet Provider Search system. Staff should familiarize themselves with the new two-tab structure - Tab 1 for FFS directory and Managed Care plan links, Tab 2 for printable FFS directory. Contact MHD.MCCompliance@dss.mo.gov for any directory issues.
