Summary
MO HealthNet has released a new audio/visual training tool called 'Determining Eligibility' to help provider staff better understand online participant eligibility verification screens. Providers must continue to check participant eligibility on the date of service through eMOMED or by calling 573-751-2896.

Continue verifying all participant eligibility on date of service through eMOMED system or by calling Provider Communications at 573-751-2896. Training will help staff better understand eligibility screens and avoid claim processing delays.
