Summary
MO HealthNet has updated their spenddown provider form submission process. Providers can now submit medical expenses on behalf of participants to help them meet their spenddown requirements (similar to a deductible) by using a specific form and submitting it via email or fax.

For Missouri Medicaid patients with spenddown requirements: Download the MO HealthNet Spenddown Provider form from the MO HealthNet website. Submit completed forms with receipts and bills to sesd@ip.sp.mo.gov or fax to 417-967-1043. Contact SpendDown.Unit@dss.mo.gov with questions. Avoid submitting duplicate forms.
