Summary
New Jersey Medicaid and NJ KidCare added 9 new pharmaceutical manufacturers to their drug rebate program and removed 7 manufacturers effective July 1, 1998. Drugs from deleted manufacturers will no longer be reimbursed by these programs.
Action Required
No action required - this is a historical policy from 1998 that has already been implemented. The labeler code changes would have been automatically updated in pharmacy billing systems at that time.
