By June 22, 2026: All billing staff and providers must activate TMHP IAMOnline accounts within 7 days of receiving activation emails (sent June 8 and June 15). Set up multi-factor authentication using email, Okta Verify, or Google Authenticator. Download required authenticator apps to primary mobile device. Failure to activate within 7 days may result in loss of access to essential billing applications including claim status, remittance, and fee schedules.
