Summary
DSS has rescinded Provider Bulletin PB 2021-21 regarding hospitalization and home leave day limits for private ICF/IID facilities. The original bulletin announced limits would be re-implemented on April 20, 2021, but due to federal requirements for public notice, the effective date was extended to April 28, 2021. A new provider bulletin will be issued shortly with updated guidance.
