By June 23-25, 2026: PPGs must register for and attend network adequacy webinars. Ensure network meets provider-to-member ratios and time/distance standards. Implement processes to approve out-of-network care when medically necessary. Failure to meet standards may result in corrective action plans or loss of network participation eligibility.
