Selected providers will receive advance notice with submission requirements and deadlines for specific patient records and dates of service.

Starting February 2024: If contacted by Datafied for EDV study selection, immediately retrieve and submit requested medical records for 2021 dates of service within provided deadline. Include chart/visit progress notes, patient demographic pages, records for additional non-lab/non-DME/non-inpatient dates of service closest to requested dates, and completed tracking sheets.
