Action Required
For providers offering Presumptive Eligibility services: Update MLP registration to select 'County Staff PE Services' as user type if contracting with California counties. Remove additional NPIs from registration (keep only NPI1 field). Use new MLP Ticketing System instead of email for support requests. Complete revised PE certification training once per provider instead of per NPI.
