Immediately: Update internal procedures to send all organizational changes (acquisitions, mergers, business changes) to notifications@capbluecross.com instead of previous contact methods. Billing team must use Capital Blue Cross Provider Maintenance and Facility Maintenance tools in their provider portal for demographic changes, NOT Availity's Provider Data Management tool. Ensure CAQH attestation is completed every 120 days. Verify inpatient-only procedures are only billed for inpatient settings per CMS guidelines.
