Immediately: Administrative staff must register for or log into CareFirst Direct provider portal at https://provider.carefirst.com. Navigate to 'Medical Provider Updates & Attestation' under Self-Service menu. Complete initial provider directory attestation and schedule recurring 90-day updates. Take optional on-demand training course in Learning and Engagement Center. Failure to maintain updated directory information may result in provider directory removal and slower claims processing.
