By July 1, 2026: Billing team must update billing system to reflect new Medicaid rates for youth intensive psychiatric services - Day Treatment ($387.52), Psychiatric Residential Treatment Services ($1003.95), and Substance Use Disorder Residential Treatment ($582.60). For SIP providers: Begin billing at new rate of $1713.78 immediately (effective July 1, 2025). Verify member eligibility and CCO enrollment before rendering services as required by OAR 410-120-1140.
