Summary
Oregon Health Authority is implementing new Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) Nutrition-Related Supports benefits including Pantry Stocking and Fruit and Vegetable benefits for Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs) effective July 1, 2026. CCOs must submit their HRSN Nutrition Readiness Plan by the updated deadline of May 1, 2026.
Action Required
By May 1, 2026: Oregon CCO billing teams must submit completed HRSN Nutrition Readiness Plan using the template provided by OHA on December 30, 2025. Contact Jessica.L.Wilson@oha.oregon.gov with questions. Prepare systems for new nutrition-related benefits billing starting July 1, 2026.
