Action Required
By April 1, 2026: Billing teams working with Oregon CCOs must update authorization systems to limit HRSN Tenancy Services to 18-month maximum authorization periods. After April 1, 2026: Limit all HRSN Tenancy Services authorizations to end no later than September 30, 2027. By April 1, 2027: Limit HRSN Rent/Utilities, Storage Fees, Medically Tailored Meals, Nutrition Education, and Pantry Stocking services to 6-month authorization periods. After April 1, 2027: All remaining HRSN service authorizations must end by September 30, 2027.
