Summary
Oregon Health Authority has resumed processing Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) Targeted Case Management claims for services from July 1, 2025 onward, but requires providers to submit local match funds to leverage accounts before payments will be issued. Claims for services before July 1, 2025 remain suspended pending further system updates.
Action Required
Immediately: NFP providers must submit local match funds to the leverage account associated with their Medicaid ID before claims will be paid. Submit all NFP TCM claims using Provider Type 64 and Provider Specialty 518. Do not resubmit claims for services before July 1, 2025 as they remain on hold.
