Summary
Anthem MyCare Ohio is implementing a new Referral Dashboard in Care Central for Long-Term Services and Support (LTSS) providers in two phases - Phase 1 in April 2026 and Phase 2 in June 2026. LTSS providers must set up referral coordinator access and enable notification settings to receive service referrals through the new dashboard system.
Action Required
Before April 2026: LTSS providers must have their Availity Essentials administrator add referral coordinators through the Manage My Organization page. Log into Care Central, navigate to My Profile tab, and toggle referral notification settings to On. Maintain accurate provider information in the Anthem provider directory to ensure appropriate referrals are received.
