[Ohio] Transition of DentaQuest and SkyGen to Delta Dental

Summary
Effective January 1, 2026, CareSource Ohio is transitioning dental services from DentaQuest and SkyGen to Delta Dental for all Ohio Medicaid and Medicare-Medicaid (D-SNP) products. Providers must contract with Delta Dental's Ohio Community Care Network to continue serving these patients, while claims with service dates before 2026 will continue processing through the old vendors until December 31, 2026.
Action Required
Before January 1, 2026: Dental providers serving CareSource Ohio Medicaid and MyCare patients must contact Delta Dental Provider Records at 1-800-656-6495 to enroll in the Ohio Community Care Network. Update billing systems with new payer IDs: use CSDENMCD2 for all CareSource Ohio dental claims with service dates on/after January 1, 2026, and continue using CSDEN001 for service dates before January 1, 2026. Failure to contract with Delta Dental will result in loss of network status for these CareSource members.
