Summary
All Kids Premium Levels 3-8 coverage will end on June 30, 2012, with no new enrollments since July 1, 2011. Families are encouraged to report income changes to assess eligibility for different All Kids plans, and creditable coverage letters will be automatically sent to cancelled cases.
Action Required
By June 30, 2012: Billing team must verify patient eligibility for All Kids Premium Levels 3-8 before service dates, as coverage ends at midnight. Update patient insurance verification procedures to check for alternative All Kids plan eligibility. Patients losing coverage should be provided with creditable coverage information at 1-888-281-8497.
