Contact appropriate helplines for enrollment questions: Illinois Client Enrollment Broker (1-877-912-8880) for Cook, Adams, Brown, Henry, Jackson, Kane, Madison, Mercer, Perry, Pike, Randolph, Rock Island, Scott, St. Clair, Washington and Williamson Counties, or Illinois Health Connect Provider Helpdesk (1-877-912-1999) for all other counties.
