Summary
The Provider Secure Web Portal operated by Gainwell will be unavailable from Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT through Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at 5:00 AM CT for scheduled maintenance. During this 5-hour outage, providers will not be able to submit claims, process transactions, or verify eligibility through the web portal.
Action Required
By June 23, 2026: Billing team must plan for 5-hour portal outage from 11:59 PM CT to 5:00 AM CT on June 24. Submit urgent claims before the outage begins. Use AVRS system at (800) 727-7848 for eligibility inquiries during maintenance window. Resume normal portal operations after 5:00 AM CT on June 24.
