Summary
Starting July 1, 2025, CMS requires provider directories to include additional information including whether providers accept new Medicaid/CHIP patients, offer telehealth services, and provide ADA accommodations. Providers must update their enrollment information through the Provider Enrollment Wizard and Provider Secure Portal.
Action Required
By July 1, 2025: All providers must update their information in the Provider Enrollment Wizard and Provider Secure Portal to indicate: (1) if accepting new Medicaid patients, (2) if accepting new CHIP patients, (3) if offering telehealth services, and (4) ADA compliance status for bathrooms, elevators, exam rooms, exam tables, parking, and wheelchair ramps.
