Kansas Medicaid (KMAP) is reducing DMEPOS reimbursement rates to 80% of Medicare's Non-Rural rate effective July 1, 2025. This rate decrease will affect all durable medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics, and supplies billed to Kansas Medicaid and KanCare MCOs.
