Kansas providers offering Personal Care Services (PCS) and Home Health Care Services (HHCS) must use Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) through AuthentiCare Solution for claims processing effective February 6, 2025. A town hall meeting on March 12, 2025 will address common EVV issues including missing claims, diagnosis codes, and provider information problems.

By February 6, 2025: Providers offering Personal Care Services (PCS) and Home Health Care Services (HHCS) must implement Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) through AuthentiCare Solution for all claims processing. Register for the March 12, 2025 town hall meeting to learn about resolving common EVV issues. Contact KDHE.EVV@ks.gov with questions. Claims submitted without proper EVV will not be processed.
