This increases payment rates for CNM services for the listed procedure codes.
Action Required
Immediately: Billing team must update billing system to reflect 100% reimbursement rates (not 75%) for CNM services using codes 59400, 59425, 59426, 59410, 59430, 59610, 99348, 99349, and 99502 for Kansas Medicaid claims with dates of service October 1, 2024 and after. Verify CNM providers are credentialed with Provider Type 09/095. Monitor KanCare MCO implementation status as timing may vary by plan.
