Summary
Nevada Medicaid will now correctly deny endodontic procedure claims (D3110-D3999) when a tooth extraction was previously performed and paid on the same tooth number. Claims that paid incorrectly from August 2023 through May 2026 will be automatically reprocessed and may result in recoupments.
