Providers using alternate EVV systems must update their billing workflows with the new payer IDs, while Sandata users will have changes made automatically.

Action Required

Action needed
By April 1, 2026: Providers using alternate EVV systems (not Sandata) must work with billing vendors to update workflows with new payer IDs: NVMED for Nevada Medicaid FFS, MLNNV for Molina, 76342 for UHC, 000265 for Anthem BCBS, and 68069 for Silver Summit. Complete Trading Partner Enrollment if not already done. Sandata users need no action for claim submission but should authorize Sandata to receive 835 files. Claims will no longer be visible through Optum Connect Center after the change.
