Action Required
Immediately: Nevada providers currently enrolled as PT 14/300 or PT 82/300 who are NOT clinical interns must prepare to change their provider type and specialty upon next update or revalidation application. Billing team should identify affected providers and determine correct PT codes (e.g., PT 14/305 for LCSW, PT 14/306 for LMFT, PT 14/307 for LCPC). Providers may voluntarily re-enroll under correct PT codes now, but MUST do so at next revalidation to avoid enrollment issues.
