Summary
IHCP discovered a system error that incorrectly denied certain fee-for-service claims for Hoosier Healthwise members between September 2023 and August 2025. The system has been corrected and affected claims will be automatically reprocessed or adjusted, with payments appearing on remittance advices with ICNs beginning with 52 or 80.

No provider action is required as IHCP will automatically reprocess claims from September 18, 2023 through August 25, 2025.
