Indiana Medicaid has corrected rates for two MRO services that were incorrectly changed: H0031 HW (Behavioral Health Level of Need Redetermination) is now $77.72 and T1016 HW (Case Management) is now $14.53. Claims will be automatically mass adjusted starting February 25, 2026.
