Summary
Aetna Better Health of Virginia is launching a new feature in Eviti Connect™ allowing providers to submit oncology treatment plans and bundle response assessment imaging (CT, MRI, PET) in a single request starting July 31, 2025. Providers can add imaging at the time of treatment plan submission or retroactively using the new 'Add Imaging' button, eliminating the need to log into separate portals.
Action Required
By July 31, 2025: Billing and clinical staff must complete the following: (1) Ensure all providers and staff submitting oncology or imaging requests are registered in Eviti Connect at www.eviti.com with office TINs and NPIs entered; (2) Train clinical staff on the new 'Add Imaging' button workflow for bundling imaging with treatment plans or adding imaging retroactively via the Saved Treatment Plan dashboard; (3) For imaging-only staff without prior Eviti access, register them separately so they can access the Saved Treatment Dashboard; (4) Update internal workflows to reflect that all oncology treatment and imaging requests now consolidate in Eviti Connect.
