Each daily payment will include claims processed in the last 24 hours, effective mid-May 2025.

By mid-May 2025: Billing team should update payment reconciliation workflows and cash posting procedures to expect daily payments from Aetna Better Health of Virginia instead of the previous Monday/Wednesday/Friday schedule for non-FQHC providers. Update accounts receivable systems and banking reconciliation processes to accommodate daily payment deposits. No changes to billing submission or coding required.
