Action Required
By June 15, 2025: Billing team must update claim processing system with new April 2025 HCPCS codes and coverage determinations. Update DME billing to reflect 15-month capped rental periods for codes E1022, E1023, E1032, E1033, E1034 and 10-month capped rental for E1832. Review and implement new prior authorization requirements, revenue code linkages, and reimbursement rates from the 10 tables in this bulletin. For retroactive claims, include first page of bulletin when filing beyond standard limits (90 days managed care, 180 days FFS).
