Identify alternative HCPCS or CPT codes for services currently billed with discontinued codes and communicate changes to clinical staff and providers via encounter form updates and training. Activate H0006 in billing system as newly covered code. Monitor claims submitted December 2026 and later to ensure no claims are submitted with discontinued codes, as they will be denied.
