Immediately: ACIS Lead Entities must enroll as Medicaid providers through ePREP with NPI taxonomy 251B00000X. Update billing system to include new codes W9900 ($725 PMPM requiring minimum 3 services monthly) and W9910 ($100 annual compliance fee). Add required homelessness diagnosis codes Z59.00 and Z59.01. Train staff on eligibility verification through Maryland Medicaid Electronic Verification System or 1-866-710-1447. Set up billing limitations: W9900 once per participant per month, W9910 once per 365 days, use GT modifier for telehealth services.
