By June 11, 2025: High-SUD nursing facilities listed in the bulletin that haven't previously complied under Bulletin 189 must submit a completed attestation form and PDF copy of executed agreement with at least one Opioid Treatment Program to NFReporting@umassmed.edu. Facilities that fail to submit by the deadline will become ineligible for SUD Add-on and SUD Induction Period Add-on payments for dates of service beginning June 11, 2025.
