Summary
MassHealth is transitioning from DentaQuest to BeneCare Dental Plans as their dental program third-party administrator effective April 1, 2025. Providers may experience processing delays during the transition and should attend training sessions on March 19 or 26, 2025.
Action Required
By March 26, 2025: Register for and attend one of the BeneCare virtual training sessions (March 19 at noon or March 26 at 6 p.m.) to prepare for administrative changes. Update contact information: beginning April 1, 2025, use massdhp.org website, call 844-MH-DENTL, or email providerrelations@massdhp.com for MassHealth dental program needs.
