Summary
MassHealth is migrating its MMIS and Provider Online Service Center to Amazon Web Services from March 14-17, 2025. The POSC will be unavailable during migration weekend, and the POSC URL will change to https://mmis-portal.ehs.state.ma.us/EHSProviderPortal effective March 17, 2025.
Action Required
By March 17, 2025: Billing team must update bookmarked POSC URL to https://mmis-portal.ehs.state.ma.us/EHSProviderPortal. Plan operations around system downtime from March 14 12:00 PM through March 17 7:00 AM - no claims processing, eligibility verification, or service authorizations will be available. Submit final claims by March 12 at 3:00 PM. Validate member eligibility on March 14th before weekend for any services provided during downtime. Notify all staff, vendors, and clearinghouses of the migration schedule.
