Action Required
By March 3, 2025: Billing team must resubmit any previously denied claims for codes J0391, J2246, J9258, or J9324 with dates of service from their respective effective dates (J0391 from 1/1/24, J2246 from 7/1/24, J9258 from 7/2-9/30/24, J9324 from 4/9/24). Include copy of bulletin page 1 with late submissions. Update billing system to require NDC codes for these procedures. For institutional outpatient claims, link J2246, J9258, and J9324 to revenue code 636.
