Summary
Indiana Medicaid (IHCP) identified a system error that incorrectly denied Prevocational services claims (T2015) under FSW and CIH Waivers with dates of service from July 1, 2024 forward. The system has been fixed and affected claims will be automatically reprocessed with payments appearing on remittance advices immediately.
Action Required
Immediately: Monitor remittance advices for automatically reprocessed T2015 Prevocational services claims with ICNs beginning with 52 or 80. No action needed for reprocessing as IHCP will handle automatically. Verify that future T2015 claims use the correct modifier combinations (U7, U5, plus U1-U4/U8-U9, plus UF/UG) and match approved service authorizations.
