Summary
Indiana FSSA encourages all PathWays Home- and Community-Based Services (HCBS) providers to register on all three managed care entity provider portals (Anthem, Humana, UnitedHealthcare) to submit claims, check prior authorizations, and access program updates. Registration is encouraged regardless of current contracting status with the MCEs.
Action Required
HCBS providers should register on all three MCE provider portals: Register with Anthem and Humana through Availity Essentials, and with UnitedHealthcare through their Provider Portal at uhcprovider.com. This allows submission of claims and prior authorization requests, and access to program updates. Registration does not require current contracts with the MCEs.
