Summary
IHCP (Indiana Medicaid) identified a claim processing error that incorrectly denied COVID-19 vaccine administration claims (HCPCS 90480) with dates of service from September 11, 2023 onward. The system has been corrected and claims will be automatically mass adjusted or reprocessed starting June 26, 2024.
Action Required
