Summary
Indiana is conducting a second round of claims submission testing for the PathWays for Aging program from May 20-31, 2024, before the program launches July 1st. Providers must participate in testing and submit minimum test claims to be eligible for temporary emergency financial assistance if payment issues occur during the first seven months.
Action Required
By May 31, 2024: Indiana providers planning to participate in PathWays must register for claims testing with Anthem, Humana, and/or UnitedHealthcare using their specific registration processes. HCBS providers must submit at least 3 test claims per IHCP Provider ID, facility providers must submit at least 10 test claims per NPI. Failure to complete testing will make providers ineligible for temporary emergency financial assistance during the first seven months of the program starting July 1, 2024.
