Summary
Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) is allowing providers to resubmit previously denied Abrysvo (RSV vaccine) claims for reprocessing. Providers have 90 days for managed care claims or 180 days for fee-for-service claims from March 5, 2024 to resubmit these claims with a copy of this bulletin to satisfy timely filing requirements.
Action Required
By June 3, 2024 (managed care) or September 1, 2024 (fee-for-service): Billing team should identify and resubmit any previously denied Abrysvo claims using CPT 90678 for patients 60+ years old or pregnant patients 32-36 weeks gestation with dates of service on/after May 31, 2023. Include a copy of bulletin BT202428 with each resubmission to satisfy timely filing requirements.
