Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) has added coverage for new COVID-19 vaccination administration codes for Pfizer and Moderna vaccines across all age groups, plus a new Alzheimer's treatment injection code J0174. Claims will be automatically reprocessed starting November 29, 2023.

By November 29, 2023: Billing team should watch for automatically reprocessed claims on remittance advices with ICNs beginning with 80 or 52. For Alzheimer's treatment code J0174, ensure prior authorization and NDC requirements are met before billing. Update fee schedules from IHCP website when next regular update is published.
