Summary
Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) has implemented new reimbursement rates for Child Mental Health Wraparound (CMHW) services effective October 1, 2023. Providers must begin billing with the updated rates for services provided on or after this date, and any claims submitted with old rates will require corrected claims to receive proper payment.
Action Required
Immediately: Billing team must update system with new CMHW rates for H2014, H2015, S5151, T1005, and T2022 codes for dates of service on or after October 1, 2023. Update fee schedules in billing software and notify providers of rate changes. Submit corrected claims for any CMHW services already billed with old rates for DOS after October 1, 2023 to receive proper reimbursement.
