Summary
Indiana Medicaid (IHCP) identified incorrect reimbursement rates for residential habilitation services code T2016 with specific modifiers under the MFP-CIH benefit plan. Claims submitted before June 8, 2023 with dates of service from July 1, 2021 forward will be automatically mass adjusted to the corrected rate of $235.38, with adjustments appearing on remittance advices starting August 30, 2023.
